RESERVATION POLICIES

Non-Holiday

  • A deposit of 50%of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation (unless you have a boarding package.)
  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
  • Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn dog parents away, if you do not show up for your reservation then we loose the others business.
  • Cancelation must be done 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation in order to receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you are a no-show or you didn't cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you might loose your deposit.
  • Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
  • Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • You will be charged one (1) full day of boarding, if you fail to cancel your boarding reservation at least forty eight (48) hours in advance of drop off time. in spite the above, if your boarding reservation is within three (3) days of a nationally recognized holiday, you must cancel your reservation within seventy two (72) hours or you will be charged a no-show fee equal to two (2) nights of boarding.
  • If your dog has not attended Daycare/Boarding in the past year, then it must be re-interviewed and pass the socialization assessment.

Holidays

  • A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
  • A 2-night minimum stay is required for holidays to better accommodate all our four-legged guests.
  • Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
  • If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
  • 7 days' notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" loose their deposit.
  • Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Daycare & Boarding Packages

  • All package sales are non refundable.
  • Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be lost.
  • Dog Boarding packages expire one (1) year after the date of purchase and any nights not used will be lost.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Boarding packages are subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
  • We close at 6pm. Any daycare or boarding dogs that are picked up after this time may incur a $25 late fee.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.
CHECK OUT: Any time during business hours.
PLEASE NOTE:
  • Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same kennel
  • Only one discount per stay per family
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages

You will be charged the equivalent of one (1) full day of Doggy Daycare, if you fail to cancel a reservation for Doggy Daycare forty eight (48) hours in advance of drop off time.
